Last year, I held a private apprenticeship for a few select astrology students in teaching them the rudimentary foundations of astrology. It was 12 months of connecting through the skeleton of basics and the fleshy detail of transits through their charts. A slow pace, quiet spaces with pop culture meeting Hermeticism, an ideal school for both the teacher and students.
I am holding the idea in my hands trying to find the best new form to sculpt it into. I love teaching astrology and tarot especially to new students, those hungry for the magic, excited with that Page of Swords mind & Page of Cups heart. Until I land on what this year’s apprenticeship looks like, I made a space for one-on-one teachings that I’ll share here: Apprenticeship Time
It’s an hour+ space that can be booked like a reading, but the discussion isn’t just around your chart (unless you want it to be). It is a way for you to ask about techniques or how to read upcoming transits. Consider this a utility reading, a space for private tutoring for whatever you need, astrology, tarot, lucid dreaming, herbalism, kitchen magic.
If you don’t know what you’d like to learn, I can provide some guardrails of various rides you may want to try. I will always leave you with lots of resources for further study (homework if you wish).
I made this as an access point for those who want to learn but aren’t ready for a full commitment to a school.
I made this for those who are interested in a specific technique and need an astrologer to walk them through it. If I am unable to address your needs around a technique or area of study I’m not qualified to teach, I’ll let you know ahead of time.
I made this because I do love to teach people tools that they can learn to use on their own. Practical Astrology is my jam

I was so fortunate to benefit from practical Astros first year of apprenticeship. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. As a matter of fact, I will be scheduling myself to have more of this apprenticeship for this year. It was so invaluable to me during my first and second year, even as someone who is participating in an official school. Christa has a magical way of bringing the noses of astrological and to archetypes down to a very practical and understandable level. It becomes part of real life and everyday experience not just something abstract.
